A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

I.    Manage catalogue and challenge rationalization:

    Be responsible for the catalogue analysis and the catalogue rationalization process.

    Challenge new launches catalogue and propose discontinuations.

    Control PBI Catalogue tool.

II.    Manage Online & Offline forecasting process:

    Manage the global monthly sales forecast process and the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecast process. Contribute to the process & tools Groups Standards application and to the process continuous improvement. (Work with FM for SI modelling – analyze the package provided by BP).

    Analyze DP cockpit – RCA from Global standards.

    Review, analyze, transmit launches sizing to S&OP.

    Update data supply notes from S&OP (JP/EU/US sources).

    Ensure the commitment of each stakeholder during preparation phase, consensus meeting, pre-validation phase, and validation meeting.

    Challenge the business drivers coming from all stakeholders (quality & consistency, relevancy, exhaustiveness) to ensure the efficiently of consensus to find (alignment between collaborative forecast built and trend).

    Drive the stakeholders to analyze figures by business drivers and the action plan if necessary. 

    Owner of explicability during the whole process. 

    Owner and challenger of all steps meetings preparation.

III.    Ensure consistency and consensus on sales forecasts:

    Be responsible for the quality and consistency of the data used for the sales forecasts building for which he/she is Data Owner. 

    Ensure the alignment on scenarios and risks and opportunities to be presented at validation meeting in-order-to facilitate decision making.

    Contribute to budget and trend construction.

IV.    Build and challenge forecast:

    Be responsible of the baseline modeling (O+O modelling).

    Challenge and consolidate the promotions, launches and POS material sales forecasts built by the Sales and Marketing teams.

    Consolidate forecast (baseline, launch and promotion, off-line and on-line forecast)

    Manage forecast PBI/FM tools.

V.    Analyze forecast performance:

    Be responsible for the sales forecast performance: monitoring the KPI (Forecast Accuracy in SI – Bias) including tracking sale vs forecast (M-3/M-1), analyzing the root cause, building and implementing a performance improvement action plan. 

    Contribute to Promotion and launch performance analysis in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. (Promotion library built by BP, Launch is consolidated by DP – provided by MKT)

VI.    Online planning:

    Be updated E2E supply for online part (reservation model - Eluxe) including stock allocation following to forecast, bundling, online fulfilment from e-DP.

VII.    Others:  

    E&O management.

    Review supply plans after factoring forecast monthly.

    Zone reports.

    Trend SRI03/SRI05 2024 review.

    Other tasks to be assigned by line manager.

B. REQUIREMENTS:

I. Education Qualification:

BA/MBA or equivalent in business administration/economy/supply chain management/industrial engineering/engineering management.

II. Working Experience:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in leading Demand planning portion of S&OP process in FMCG/skin care industry.
  • At least 3 years in managing a team in a planning environment.

III. Competencies requirement (Functional & Technical):

  • Experience with large ERP system (SAP/APO).
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Good sense at numbers.
  • Strong people management and leadership skill. Able to lead a team to maximize their potentials.
  • Able to build strong relationship with internal and external key stakeholders. Proven ability to influence across multiple functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written.
  • Master in spreadsheet, Excel, PowerPoint. Power BI, Power Query as daily basis of job

IV. Others:

  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • High self-motivation and ownership.
