Report to: Channel Head of Drugstore and Modern Trade Channel
Location: Ho Chi Minh
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of assigned Accounts planning end-to-end process: shopper centric O+O planning, internal alignment with key stakeholders, executing plan and monitor in-store execution
Assist in the development of account strategies, and ensure quarterly building blocks reviews are properly set
Negotiate and reinforce trade terms
Deliver Monthly Sales in target/Sell through-Out target
Well manage account P&L
Ensure proper execution of all in-store promotions, campaign activation and brand presentation
Represent the Key Account team internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and represent high image of L’Oreal’s from customer’s view.
Proactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other functions and accounts
Monitor & report competitors activities and propose/ initiate/ take actions
Monthly prepare Sales report with strong data-driven and deep analysis of market intelligence
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of FMCG industry, Health & Beauty, Modern Trade,
O2O/Omni working experience is an advantage
Customer management & development skill; customer relationship building skill
Very strong negotiation skill and selling skill
Data driven & data analytical skill, result oriented
Cost center- budget compliance
Sales and standard margin understanding of Key account
