A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Three important and broad responsibilities of the Customer Development Executive are:
1. Execute daily sales operations to achieve business targets with improving productivity, which include
- Customer management: build and consolidate customer profile, contract management, debt management for both Direct & Indirect customers.
- Ensure discipline in following route plans, visit frequency, order management, control and minimize diversion.
- Plan and propose action to develop territory in line with annual sales operation plan.
- Provide bottom up monthly demand forecast.
- Ensure flawless execution in Trade.
2. Identify, propose and drive to seize new business opportunities through active scouting of new and qualified customers.
3. Develop self to build all-rounded business knowledge and skill sets, which include
- Inspirational leadership and creativity
- Identify areas for development for Self
- Self-learning through own work, reading, asking
- Share inspiration to team
B. KEY REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Economics, Commercial, Social Sciences
- Experienced in Sales, Customer Service fields.
- Good communication; Problem-solving & Interpersonal skill
