Manage Brand on the platform (TikTok shop) to deliver business expectations
Build up online business strategy of LDB’s brand (LRP, Vichy, CeraVe in TikTok shop
Manage online monthly and yearly targets in terms of sales, channel awareness and P&L.
Build up strong commercial team to excellent monthly online business plan, promotional campaigns and commercial offers across online platforms.
Ensures that the online brand presence by cooperating with E-MKT and Brand team for media strategy and online activities.
Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, including managing CRM, loyalty programs and ensure website UX/UI.
Work closely with operation team to ensure customer experience across online platforms in term of delivery and after sales service.
Build up strong and skillful customer service team to enhance online consultant which deliver the best service to consumer.
Drives relationship with partners to ensure synergies between the brand’s own activities and partners.
Develops customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase. KPIs: revenue, traffic, CR, speed-to-market, promotion budget
KEY REQUIREMENTS
University degree
Digital savvy, e-commerce obsession
Working experiences in e-commerce at least 3 years
