A. KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Facilitate strategy & business planning in terms of method, process, tools, system & consolidation of all accounts/doors of luxe
- Support Head of Commercial for target setting by retailer/door
- Collaborate with Marketing to make sure strategy of brand is planned in each door
- Work with Commercial Team to provide sales generating and gap-mitigating animations to achieve sales forecast
- Align with Operations teams on NPI distribution plans, supply concerns
- Lead channel and customer investment calendar with Commercial Team, and leads investment optimizations when needed
- Co-ordinate with other internal departments on retailer/client activity (sales, marketing, supply chain, marketing).
B. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
- More than 5 years direct relevant experience in trade marketing and/or key accounts management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
