Main responsibilities, deliverables, and contribution of this job to L’Oréal VN

· Sales Performance: manage and lead total Retail team to deliver Sales Out performance in offline channels with close monitoring and planning and overseeing, proposing any action plan if needed.

· Field Execution Standard: Build Field Best of the Best Practices with the execution standard framework by channel to assure our best execution on field with visibility, POG compliance , stock fulfillment – keep increasing our space share at the channels.

· Activity Deployment: Coordinate with relating functions to assure on-time in-full deployment of all MKT, Trade MKT, Sales proposal activities to Retail team with proper feedback and insights to maximize activity efficiency.

· Collaboration: Bridge over key stakeholders with insights and proposal to assure smooth operation on field. Level up collaboration mindset among Retail teams; between Retail and Planning; with other supporting team such as Audit, Edu, Trade MKT.

· Team development : Understand Team development needs then provide full required training, coaching to team members. Train the team to best- in-class example of a winning team with pioneer, game changing mindset, best selling skills and good corporation with others. Equip Sup team with planning skills.

· Agency Management : Manage agency to deliver required tasks relating to report, system management and budget management.

· Compliance : Be a role model in terms of compliance and Ethics to the team. Assure compliant mindset embedded in daily team execution.


Most important qualifications, background and experience:

· Experience in DA management, Sales Management

· Experience in Trade MKT /Sales such as promotion planning, budget management

· Familiar with agency management

· Good communication with stakeholders
