Plan, develop and manage influencers’ interactions across digital channels to increase brand exposure, strengthen brand image and support for driving social commerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Social Advocacy Marketing Strategy-Execution

  • Oversee planning and execution of social marketing strategy of advocacy, manage operations excellence of Influencer Management agency
  • Ensure marketing targets are achieved with cost efficiency and value check for all influencer representing brands' campaigns.
  • Monitor & analyze social listening insights/conversations/reports to come up with proper actions needed that lead to optimization and efficiency in achieving social advocacy performance KPIs
  • Keep up to date on social trends and best practices to share and upskill internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to advise on developing appropriate advocacy content required
  • Involve in the management and governance of advocacy agency bidding, evaluation, and operations; build and monitor the collaboration of lead communication agency x advocacy agency.


Social Advocacy Commerce Strategy-Execution

  • Develop influencer commerce/affiliate strategy, and pool of influencers for social commerce leverage.
  • Plan and manage commercial activities on Social Commerce channels. 
  • Collaborate across the multifunctional team (MKT, socom/ecom, media…) to plan and manage delivery of monthly GMV KPI
  • Monthly Recruit & validate new KOC. Performance Tracking & Reporting. 
  • Keep up to date with influencer commerce/affiliate practices, upskilling internal stakeholders.


Social Advocacy Community Management

  • Lead initiatives to develop relationship with influencers’ communities (Incl KOL, KOC,…), advise on strategic approach for partnership
  • Develop advocacy community of e-beauty advisors, educators, community managers, creators based on engagement activities and development programs
  • Identity and build community expansion strategy & framework to develop brand advocates community.


REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: 5+ years of relevant work experience in related scope especially solid experiences in digital marketing and influencer management
