1. Key Job Accountabilities

Corporate Communication Manager
To implement the communication strategy defined by the Country Corporate Communication Director to develop awareness, build and reinforce L’Oreal Group’s reputation over time.

1/ External Communication / CSR & Media Relations
- Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in line with the business strategy and Group Communication strategy  
- Contribute to thinking on the communication plan, develop and communicate a full calendar of media relations

Activity

- Manage media relations, including new media : Develop strong individual relations with key journalists and    provide first level response to media inquiries
- Prepare press release and ensure correct diffusion
- Organize press events
- Monitor media analysis and media activity reporting

- Provide support on CSR programs

 

2/ Employee and Change Communication 
  - Put in place Internal and Managerial Communication action plan
  - Initiate, develop and manage internal communication projects/operations
  - Organize internal communication events

 

3/ Issue and Crisis Management
- Monitor and map risks                                                                             

- Manage first-level Crisis and Issues Management
- Prepare potential responses

- Liaise with Brand Communication professionals

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Qualifications

  • Education : University graduate specialized in PR, Communications or English Literature

  • Years of working experience: 7-10 years

  • Experience: PR agency work experience or, in-house communication expert preferred  

  • Language : Fluent in both Korean and English (Written and verbal)

  • Other skills : Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
