1. Key Job Accountabilities

Sales (70%) – Main territory (Seoul), sub territory (a few key accounts at the province)

  1. Responsible for medical account management not only achieving given sales target, but also delivering strategic business ambition.

  2. Take a role as a business development manager to deliver a full range of cosmeceutical business consulting in accounts.

  3. Manage Key Opinion Leader within territory and activate brand advisory board event for effective communication to generate positive buzz in dermatological society.

  4. Forecast weekly sales numbers and reflects into forecast system.

  5. Effectively manage vendors to maximize available resources.

  6. Timely inform competitor information including new product, powerful promotion, and effective VM display.

     

    Field Training (30%)- Field 90% Office 10%

  1. Fully equipped with brand and product knowledge including clinical data for scientific communication/training to doctors and clinic staffs.

  2. Provide doctors and clinic staffs with an extensive training such as product information, clinical data, and product sell out consulting skill in conjunction with dermatological procedures.

  3. Customize training materials for individual clinics fully utilizing given product materials.

  4. Develop in-clinic aesthetic treatment protocol upon request.
