Each year we offer graduates from all different degree disciplines the opportunity to join our programme. The scheme lasts for 9 month and is made up of two or three, placements across a variety of different roles, thereby giving you a unique overview of how different functions and divisions operate. This early exposure will equip you with the breadth of knowledge to ensure you start off with a strong footing in your career with us.
You will follow up terms, annual agreements and joint business plans with help of channel manager, share and execute joint business plan with the accounts,
You have a key role to manage the relationship with customers and establish coordination between the departments of the company, provide input for sales or profit planning and achieve established sales and profit objectives for the assigned e-accounts,
Every year, our commercial teams ensure that our new products are listed in Taiwan's biggest retailers. As a trainee of sales function on our scheme, you will have the opportunity to work across any of our accounts and any of our brands.
To drive L’Oréal’s growth in this highly competitive market, it is important that as a trainee of sales function you are results-driven because you will monitor sales, identify new business opportunities and draft persuasive rationales for new product listings and promotions.
Being a natural communicator is also crucial because our commercial people need to effectively negotiate with our customers and build lasting relationships with them.
You will also need to be analytically minded because your aim will be to increase L’Oréal’s market share and have the foresight and strategic thinking to develop your own business.
