The Active Cosmetics Division brands meets a range of different skin care needs from normal to blemish-proned, in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, and medi-spas. Thanks to its highly complementary brands, developed and endorsed by health professionals - dermatologists, pediatricians, cosmetic doctors - the division is the world leader in dermocosmetics.

How is the recruitment process like?
Our recruitment process is two-fold:
Our company prizes excellence and perpetual reassessment, which is why our team are strongly engaged. As an intern, you will gain exposure to this effervescence accompanied and coached by your team. The challenge is not about workload but about being able to challenge yourself constantly.
I do not know a thing about cosmetics: do I stand a chance?
Less than a third of our interns have had a previous experience in the beauty or fashion industry. Being sensitive to cosmetics is indeed an asset however; we give more credit to other essential qualities such as entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, ability to question everything and dare or a desire to gain impact on a market.
Then what happened ?
Once you have submitted your application there are 2 online steps to take.
1. First, you will be contacted by our chatbot: MYA. Don’t worry, this isn’t an interview, the chatbot will simply ask you some very basic questions regarding your availability and eligibility for the ‘stage’.
2. Secondly, you will be invited to take a test called ‘Seedlink’. It consists of 3 competency based questions (very similar to those that you would be asked in an Interview) and should take around 15/20 minutes.
Once you have completed both of these stages your application will be reviewed. If we think there is a fit for you here at L’Oréal France you will be invited to an interview with a recruiter.
