Consumer Products Division

 Mission and Defining Characteristics

  • Support during customer negotiations and JBPs – drive financial process and escalation alongside sales
  • Financial Subject Matter Experts on Customer strategy
  • Clean, accurate Trends and Budgets delivered to Consumer Products Division
  • Drives financial compliance for monthly G2N and compliance KPIs
  • Establishes foundation for financial controls throughout the Walgreens and RiteAid cross functional teams


Financial Controller

  • Execute Budget/Trend for specific customer
  • Promotional governance
  • Monthly G2N and financial compliance management
  • Extraordinary deduction resolution
  • PEA findings and implementation at customer level for all brands
  • Close monitoring and analysis of inventory levels

Team Member

  • Supports NAM’s and FSVPs in delivering brand objectives and works across multifunctional support team to effectively deliver customer needs
  • Educates team members on financial acumen

Customer Support

  • Develops financial analysis for JBP and incremental investment needs
  • Closely monitors category margins and profitability (both internal and customer profit)

Results Driver

  • Owns full P&L and delivery of CPD financial objectives
  • Partners with customer and brands for delivery of quarterly sales targets
  • Actively drives a culture of financial rigor throughout Walmart cross functional team

People Leader

  • Leads, coaches and guides one direct report at a manager level
  • Provides leadership to business partners on the best way to achieve financial objectives

  • Deliver Full CPD P&L budget
  • Clean, accurate accrual management
  • Delivery of well-thought out Budgets and Trends
  • Achievement of customer objectives within a win-win framework
  • Market category penetration for eComm

  • Empowering multi-functional team with financial acumen and rigor

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 8 – 10+ years of relevant experience in progressively challenging roles
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership position in a Commercial/Sales Finance role
  • Strong knowledge of G2N management and sales forecasting
  • Thorough experience in finance controlling, budget planning, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel skills are required
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver and present information to business partners, senior leadership and the retail customers
  • Well-developed leadership and influencing skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment with onsite and remote business partners
  • Intimate knowledge of retailer margin and promotional ROI
  • Proven success in driving financial rigor within a cross functional team
  • Experience in direct retailer interface is a must
  • CPG experience is a plus
  • Travel to Harrisburg, PA and NYC required (15%)
