Responsible for driving the specific category growth worldwide through the development of a new product “paniers” and the renovation of pillar-products

- Bachelor’s degree

- 5-7 years experience in the cosmetics and/or fragrance industry, specifically in international markets

- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Ability to work independently within a rigorous deadline schedule

- Ability to function in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Strong presentation skills

Review and analyze international budget forecasts, track worldwide advertising production and usage budgets, supporting the DMI budget, including new product development and market research.

1.  Marketing/Marketing Services

  • Develop 3 year category strategy and growth plan
  • Develop seasonal/yearly marketing plans for brands with input from local markets
  • Develop forecast proposals and COG for launch
  • Keep abreast of all timetables for launch and ensure that deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • Manage plant codes and process needs and MADs
  • Manage existing catalog updates



2.  Creative/ Copy

  • Initiate new marketing proposals and drive development with the creative group
  • Ensure that creative is aware of all copy/ package direction, providing components, working copy, etc
  • Review all submissions
  • Ensure art mechanicals are accurate for content and that they are released on time




3.  Promotional Purchasing

  • Develop promotional programs (including GWP, value sets, collateral, sets, in store events, etc.) for each season for global and market-specific promotions
  • Monitor and track programs throughout development and production process including preparation, issuance and/or revisions of paperwork for every project
  • Attend development meetings and liaison with all support groups (including Marketing Services, Creative, Promotional Purchasing, Promotional Development and Copy)



4.  Adapt US marketing programs and new product launches for international markets



5.  Obtain, review and input international forecasts, sales activity, budgets and product performance
