The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair care, styling and colouring products. The brands within this division are L’Oréal Professionnel, Redken, Pureology, Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Matrix, Decleor and Carita


Purpose of your new role

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the online digital ACCESS Education Platform (On line system which is then used to produce regular reporting and course bookings) and coordination of the day to day running of the L’Oréal Academy, ensuring maximum attendance at all courses in line with budget targets. You will be the key point of contact for all educators and guest artists teaching at the academy and for all salons training at L’Oréal.



Your key job accountabilities

  • Manage ACCESS with the Academy Manager. Upload new course dates and materials
    • Scheduling of all courses through the online digital  ACCESS Education platform  , ensuring maximum participation and attendance
    • Liaising with salons on attendance at forthcoming courses and ensuring all salons are aware of what is available
    • Lead and coordinate head office, field and salon training days, identifying needs as the year progresses and reacting with the right level of training and support needed
    • Preparing supporting material for salons and field teams as required e.g. cheat sheets, do’s and don’ts, quick reference materials, etc… supporting any Ireland specific needs to support the roll out and uptake with salons
    • Share learnings and best practice to empower teams to accelerate roll out
  • Liaise with Guest Artists and Educators prior to course dates on attendance and manage the cancellation fee process
  • Coordinate any out of hours Academy events and associated logistical requirements (beverages, food, security, cleaning company etc)
  • Responsibility for the coordination of all regional courses-bookings, facilities etc.
  • Manage the stock and distribution of academy literature including course books
  • Manage the travel –flights and hotels for guest artists.
  • Send weekly updates to the Commercial teams on course registrations
  • Act as point of contact for Technical queries which then are referred to the UK
  • Book and coordinate the room set up for courses for external trainers and work with them and internal educators on branding the room where appropriate
