KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Communicate with different parties to request information
  • Calculate payroll using an excel template – data entry
  • System data entry for purchasing order and check reports to validate data
  • Generate sales report and follow up with beauty advisors for anything required in the field

REQUIREMENTS

  • Open to a motivated fresh graduate who is willing to learn
  • Good command of written English is a MUST
  • Proficient MS OFFICE: Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
  • ability to meet deadlines with independence.
