Development of a rolling 15 month demand forecast in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Finance across multiple distribution channels to support the division, manufacturing and Financial plan.
Manage brand, SKU and account level forecasts to achieve forecast accuracy objectives
Facilitate consensus meetings with Sales, Mktg, Finance & Market Supply Logistics to ensure forecasting objectives are achieved
Analyze account specific trends to determine risks & opportunities by account
Analyze new product launches to determine risks & opportunities
Prepare bottoms up budget and trends for Finance
Quantify new product launches utilizing historical data, planned marketing support and key account sales plans.
Ability to articulate the demand for a brand or per account based on different business scenarios (door plan, POG, promo plan, launches).
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related fields
1-3 years experience in related Supply Chain field, preferably in Consumer Products industry
Logility or other forecasting tools
Basic knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning procedures
Prior work experience including:
Data mining with experience in developing quantitative reporting and analysis
Cross functional interaction
