Mission : To Develop the business through retail strategy. Build and implement sales strategy to drive sales growth in country. Secure the implementation of the right structures and people in the field.

- Sets and manages sales targets
- Business analysis : reacts on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities, keeping brand identity
- Masters Retail operation to maximize sales
- Maximizes sell –out executing Brand strategy
- For retailer business :
? Advices Brand Manager on distribution strategy and maintain strategic retailer relationship
? Works closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, PR, digital, to define the best 360º strategy for the retailer
? Negotiates in collaboration with KAM with retailer to maximize business opportunities
- Acts as people champion :
o Motivates, Develops & coaches Regional Business Managers/ Area Managers
o Oversees retail population maximizing empowerment and enablement
o Monitors BA & store manager turnover rates 

Preferred Qualification:

  • With more than 5 years retail sales experience in luxury channel and 2 years of management experience. 

  • Familiar with stock, first line customer service and CRM.

  • Eager to learn and love new challenge.

  • Basic English communication skill is needed.
