What you will do:


Digital

  • Develop strong digital campaign with emphasize on maximizing customer engagement, experience and loyalty (owned & paid digital platforms)
  • Working closely with media agency, product marketing teams to support digital communication needs
  • Responsible for social media channels and strategic media plan; targeting locals and tourists; maximizing digital SOV & engagement
  • Analyze media investment and ROI, recommend KPI and room for optimization
  • Key owner of e-channels development and liaison
  • Optimize campaign, keywords search and website performance with analysis reports and UX projects
  • Monitor and stay on top of market trends and make recommendations to management

CRM

  • Start with consumer centricity, create, develop and oversee the implementation of a cohesive customer relations program to grow the CRM database
  • Ensure database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities in respect to local behaviors
  • Maximize customer loyalty and recruitment opportunities with particular focus on consumer path tracking
  • Work with different functions to ensure CRM program is executable at POS level and strategic direction is aligned with operational needs

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in digital, ecommerce and/or CRM expertise; beauty/retail exposure is a plus
  • Obsessed with digital trends and consumer behaviors
  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers
  • Knowledge of Seibel, Salesforce and Demandware would be advantageous
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
