Key Job Accountabilities

Deliver Channel Forecast and P&L from Gross to Net target as assigned
  • Manage channel’s portfolio  performance to meet sales target
  • Responsible for Channel periodic Forecast
  • Manage Trade Spend within budget control
Key Account Management on driving execution excellence:
  • Key Customer Contact on Daily Operations
  • Plan and execute Key Account  customer sales planning, including promotion, new launches, etc. for assigned categories
  • Work closely with Brand and FIeld operation team to execute the KA promotion plan
  • Coordinate with the Field Team to ensure in-store execution excellence instore
  • Support daily administrative work of key channels
Sales Analysis and Business development
  • Conduct Sales analysis and identify key insights
  • Continue to explore new Business initiatives

Desired Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of Key Account Experience (Mannigs, Watsons, SaSa etc) within FMCG industries 
  • University Graduate
  • PC skill and basic software application on MS Office
  • Presentation and Negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking mindset
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Less experienced candidates can be considered as Key Account Executive
