Retain overall service responsibility for the Equity Equivalent Investment Program (EEIP).
Retain responsibility for KPI reviews.
Responsible for establishing Management Systems to interlink to Department of Trade & Industry requirements (DTI).
Ensure compliance with EEIP requirements.
Manage budgets for EEIP
Overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the EEIP in accordance with the business plan.
Own task management of the EEIP.
Approval and payment of EEIP Costs aligned to budgets
Reporting and Monitoring of EEIP programme
Adherence to the strategic dictates of the EEIP Business Plan as approved by the DTI.
Ensure the well-being and development of all beneficiaries in the EEIP eco-system
Co-ordinate the activities and responsibilities of the EEIP Advisory Council, Selection Committee for the Skills Development and Enterprise Development programmes
Manage the L’Oréal internal human resources, marketing, financial resources and all other non-cash investments to be delivered to the EEIP.
