As Brand Manager, you define the local brand strategy, vision, business plan in alignment with the international Zone- brand management and local country management. You continue the implementation of the brand in the German market, drive and manage the local business for growth: (1) Increase Market Share, (2) Increase Sell out and sales   (3) enlarge consumer base (4) increase profit.

People Management: Lead and engage the team (continuous improvement in Gallup Team Report), Develop, train, coach team members individually (through clear personalized action & training plans -development plans, following the LOMINGER competencies).


Expertise: Be the business expert for the brand and key contact for senior management (local/international) with an in-depth understanding of consumer and market development /insights/trends. Continuously share findings with the zone (Paris) and the DMI (US) to create the opportunity that local needs are integrated into international plans. Key functions for the brand in local market are: Training, Social Media, e-business.


Business: Deliver the committed yearly budget for the brand and customers in terms of market share, retail development and profit. Develop long-term vision and implement strategic plan to create the opportunity to over-deliver yearly budget targets by driving the aligned business plan.


Finance: Steer and be accountable for the full P&L and ensure forecast accuracy.


Sales: Develop customer and retail strategy in strong partnership with key clients (#1 contact for Douglas)


Collaborative Leadership: Drive the brand by mobilizing peer functions in all interface departments (e.g. digital, sales, supply chain, controlling, CMI (Mafo), etc.).




  • Several years of team management-experience, profound knowledge in and  “a real eye” for hiring & staffing

  • Experience in strategic brand- and project management

  • Strong activation skills - implementing concepts and ideas with rigorous excellence and attention to detail

  • Understanding Luxury and brand management in Luxury Business

  • Demonstrates retail & shopper expertise, knowledge in customer-/Key Account Management

  • Experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, additionally in Sales is a plus

  • Good knowledge of e-business drivers, Social Media and Digital Marketing
