Our Professional Products Division provides hair care and hair colour products and services to salons across Australia. We are a privileged partner of hairdressers, offering them products that are made utilising the best technologies as well as training which is at the forefront of trends. About the role
In this position, you will grow the L’Oreal Professionnel brand throughout Melbourne CBD and Northern suburbs with monthly trips to visit to regional clients. You will embody L’Oreal Professionnel by developing long-term relationships with prestige clients, educating and selling L’Oreal Professionnel salon products within your territory to secure maximum volume and product distribution. In addition you will:
· Assisting our partners’ business growth by adding value through strong relationships and professional marketing support
· Effectively driving education and sales with established client-base
· Proactively sourcing and securing new business opportunities
· Achieving monthly sales and growth targets
· Visiting regional areas on a cyclical basis, which will require overnight travel
With a flair for sales, education and marketing, you will inspire our clients into being the best in the salon market. You will be self-motivated and have the ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level, as well as the ability to present in front of large groups. Ideally, you will have held a similar role within the Hair Care / FMCG industry although a general sales background and the right attitude will also be considered.
