The RSEE will drive sell-out and outperform the market by gaining share of heart, market share & rankings. This employee will also plan & oversee the execution of Education programs in line with the brand’s strategy and business objectives.
The RSEE will be the trainer for all the new launches for the season for all retailers. They will also be responsible for in-store coaching, training and event support. Along with the training role, they will also have a mandate in Sephora. They will be responsible for cast member education, brand ambassador, leads on their brands, sales support as well as eventing support.
We are looking for a makeup artist, skincare specialist, someone who can relate to Sephora and the cast members. An individual who is passionate about beauty, has outstanding communication skills, sensibilty to the Luxe industry and someone who is organized, can multitask and has a passion for clients and retail experience.
