In charge of multibrand and omnichannel commercial development


RESPONSIBLE FOR…

Commercial strategy and execution by channel (including new business)

Channels and Client P&Ls (CA, Growth to Net, Commercial Distribution, REX)

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Commercial strategy:
-Defines commercial strategy and trade policy by channel
-Consolidates channels and Clients P&Ls and ensures consistency of overall P&L
-Defines incentives system
-Defines learning plans by channel

Clients relationships:
-Supports channels with negotiations with clients

Multi-brand collaboration:
-Coordinates with Brand Leaders on brand strategy
Coordinates with Business 
-Development Director on category management, multi-brand cycles, multi-brand merchandising and coaching
-Coordinates with Multi-brand Directors on metier expertise

Management:
-Manages Channels Directors
-Guarantees the upskilling of all Commerce employees

COMPETENCIES

Previous experience with distributors, traditional FMCG retailers
Strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of commercial strategy
Ability to envision long term market potential and translate it into clear and identifiable goals for where to take the business
Experience in large team management: high energy and modern leader who knows how to maintain personal energy and focus, speed and hands-on approach to achieve excellence in execution and results whilst developing teams
Strong influencing skills
Excellent communication skills
Extensive rigor and excellent analytical skills
