Under the Head of Trade and Channel Development jointly grow the categories and channels for L'Oreal via:
          - A strategic alignment with retailers.
          - A superior understanding of shopper needs and behaviors.
- Develop a triple win (L'Oreal, Retailer and shopper) strategy, adequate mix activation plan and P&L of the category. 
- Build a trustful relation with counterparts at retailer’s, gain category captaincies, monitor category projects roll out
-  Support the commercial team in their business plan alignment with retailers, with the right shopper and category insights, market and category reviews
Develop close working relationship with the Commercial Teams. Understand all commercial objectives and ensure regular communication with the commercial teams.

- The position requires 5-7 years of experience in commercial (sales/trade marketing)  
- The position is based in Karachi
