As a Chemist in our Development labs you’ll be responsible for the creative and technical aspects of product development for Skincare, Makeup or Hair products. You’ll keep your pulse on the latest scientific literature, raw materials technology, processing methodology, and marketing trends to achieve innovative product development launches.
Showcase your creativity and resourcefulness to design solutions to complex technical problems in development/pilot plant or manufacturing. Interface with technical support groups including marketing, Demi-grand, and manufacturing. Not only will you drive all aspects of multiple projects from inception to product launch and post launch issues resolution, you’ll deepen your technical expertise in a competitive patent environment!
Who are you?
You are a degreed Chemist, Physical Chemist or Chemical Engineer with 2-5 years of cosmetic or personal care formulation development experience (i.e. Skincare, Makeup or Hair formulas)
You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
You have solid problem solving and decision making skills.
You display a sense of urgency and initiative with creativity and
You are authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing permanent basis
