Our Active Cosmetics Division is a pioneer in dermocosemetics and has a team that is passionate about health and beauty. In Australia, the division is growing quickly through its brands La Roche-Posay and Skinceuticals, which are made available to consumers through a multichannel approach. The division also collaborates with healthcare professionals across the country to add value to consumers through products backed by the power of the Group’s research and innovation.

About the Role

Due to the growth of our ACD Division we are seeking an innovative Communications Manager who will work across our leading skincare and dermocosmetic brands La Roche-Posay and Skinceuticals while also planning the launch of several new brands to the Australian market. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for the development and implementation of end-to-end brand communication strategies in conjunction with our Marketing teams. This role is an excellent opportunity to bring your contemporary approach and collaborate with two leading skincare brands. In addition you will:

  • Development and implementation of end-to-end multichannel communications campaigns for each brand
  • Translating technical/scientific information into meaningful, interesting and relevant content for different target audiences
  • Managing the reputation of each Brand via premium earned media outcomes
  • Build anticipation and excitement for brand and product launches and activity across all communication channels owned, earned and paid
  • Plan and deliver events associated with product launches and key brand activities
  • Identify, form and maintain excellent relationships with key influencers, including editors, vloggers and bloggers within medical, beauty and lifestyle

About You

With a flair for Public Relations, you will become an advocate for our brands throughout the market.  You will be self-motivated and have the ability to communicate and build strong relationships at all levels specifically within the Medical, Beauty or Lifestyle segments.  Ideally, you will have held a similar role within the beauty, skincare or agency industries although a general PR background and the right attitude will also be considered. This is a fantastic for a Communications Manager to make their mark and grow alongside the fastest growing division within the L’Oréal Group.
