Key Job Accountabilities

  • Responsible for TR APAC press relations and press conferences, in line with Travel Retail International Communications team
  • In charge of crisis communication and the Business Contingency plan (BCP) - in line with APAC Zone and Hong local market subsidiary
  • Manage MyHUB (internal HK employees platform) and MyNews (Corporate platform), ensure TR APAC publications with updated contents
  • Facilitate changes (new office, new ways of working, digitalization of tools) by implementing different projects
  • Organize internal events, including but not limited to Vision Meetings and Sales Drive Meetings, Leadership Conventions, Citizen Week, Ethics Day and Christmas Party.
  • Assist Sharing Beauty With All program: activate GREEN initiatives and run the yearly SUSTAINABILITY week


  • 8 to 10-year Corporate Communications / Events management experience
  • Event management skills
