This position is responsible for analyzing a variety of internal business systems and data to support the Credit & Collections Department and partner with key business functions to support the business in this endeavor.  It is essential to maintain and distribute timely and accurate reports for supported areas, conduct research and analysis for management in order to achieve DSO, A/R and other KPI directives and resolve key customer issues in a timely fashion.

Job Duties:

  • 30% Data retrieval, research and analysis
  • 30% Present deliverables;  review numbers and trends to come to new conclusions based on the data;  responsible for discovering problems and recommending solutions;  make suggestions for changes/updates to procedures; month end reporting
  • 20% Track and maintain data
  • 20% Handle key customer issues

Job Qualifications:

  • Four year college degree preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills including verbal and written communication, critical thinking, problem solving, time management, attention to detail, response and follow through
  • Excellent computer skills including MS applications –Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;  SAP experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the business a plus
  • Long-term authorization to work in the US
