L’Oréal Bulgaria is looking for following full-time position, based in Sofia, for period of minimum three months:

Customer Service Trainee (m/f)

What would you do?

  • Manage order processing, invoicing and claims according defined procedures
  • Coordinate delivery process with logistic partner
  • Work in close collaboration with KA Customers
  • Document reconciliation and archiving
  • Inform superior for all problems that cannot be solved by applying standard procedures

Are you our ideal profile?

If you are young graduate or at the end of your faculty and want to get the thrilling experience in Customer service, as a part of Operations department, apply and join our team! We are looking for communicative, detailed and analytical man or woman, client oriented and perfect with figures. He/she is totally computer literate and fluent in English. Experience in SAP is desirable.
