Your adventure at L’Oréal:


During the 12-month program you have a central role in one of our marketing teams, dealing  with international brands such L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Kérastase, Redken, Lancôme, Vichy, or YSL. On a daily basis you work closely with the sales, category management and logistics departments. You are given responsibilities right away and you are in charge of your own product range or category. Your key responsibilities include:

  • To help and support the merchandising manager with his or her team organization and take charge of some specific projects
  • To monitor planograms together with your manager (incl. budget follow-up, link with suppliers and buying team and other departments)
  • To create, develop and implement merchandising solutions for point-of-sales (POS), make-up tester units, free access units, furniture and merchandising staging in POS
  • Communicate with internal departments, suppliers and distributors to coordinate the conception, production, delivery and installation of materials.
  • Track schedules with all parties and ensure budget follow-up

Your role is to create and lead the implementation of merchandising projects together with the Merchandising Manager. You will reinforce the brand image and brand visibility in stores with different hand-on merchandising projects.


Your profile:

  • You have recently graduated or are about to graduate from a Master’s degree in Marketing, (international) Business Administration or Economics
  • You have a strong interest in branding and FMCG
  • You ideally already gained international experience and have hands-on working experience besides your studies
  • You are ambitious and motivated by achieving results
  • You are analytically sharp, intuitive and a creative problem solver with an open mindset
  • You take ownership in projects and are equally motivated by working independently and in teams
  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages
