Job Title:               Demo Specialist 1

Function:               Process demo salary claims

FSLA:                     Non-Exempt, Grade 5

Location:               South Brunswick

Section 2:  Job Summary (limit your description to one paragraph):

Process demo salary claims for all of Luxe.  Work discrepancies with the appropriate Field Force contact.  Send discrepancy packages to accounts for reimbursement of non-authorized charges.  Perform A/R maintenance.  Enter demo events in trade management system.

Section 3:  Job Requirements (Minimum number years of experience, skills, certification and academic background required to perform this job):

Bachelors degree preferred.  Must have at least two years experience in an office environment with a demonstrated performance record conducting similar clerical and follow-up oriented tasks.  PC proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Possess strong organizational, prioritizing and follow up skills.  Ability to maintain sense of urgency when required.

When working discrepancies, need to evaluate what can be resolved internally. Then present all unresolved cases to the Field Force for review and discussion.  Then based on those answers decide what should be presented to the Account.

This position requires moderate supervision.

1.  Interacts Effectively – must communicate effectively with other departments in the company as well as with accounts.

2.  Teamwork – the department is very small and must work together in order to accomplish all task. 

3.  Ability to multi-task – must be able to manage a large volume of claims in a timely manner while keeping up with discrepancy resolution.
