An exciting and rare opportunity! We are seeking for a dynamic and innovative Digital & CRM Manager to oversee 2 of our key LUXE brands. Reporting to our Brand General Manager, you will be leading a small team of digital & CRM talents.


What you'll do:

Digital

·         Drive the heart of brand digital marketing to an interactive & consumer centric model, focusing on customer satisfaction & value, bringing innovation and answering expectations of consumers

·         Plan and optimize digital media, social strategy investments; ensuring cross-media efficiency, close tracking of result and actionable recommendation

·         Develop strong digital campaign with emphasize on maximizing customer engagement, experience and loyalty (owned & paid digital platforms)

·         Identify and drive key digital KPIs to maximize digital SOV and support brand's objective

·         Working closely with media agency, product and trade team to support digital communication needs

·         Develop creative and qualitative digital content with intension of maximizing digital SOV & engagement

·         Proactive monitoring and strategic analysis of digital innovation and best practice cases from industry


CRM

·         Develop brand CRM strategy and business plan to build long-term relationships with identified high-value consumers, in line with brand objective

·         Starts with consumer centricity, create, develop and oversee the implementation of a cohesive customer relations program to grow the consumer CRM database

·         Manage brand VIP programs with objectives to maximize customer loyalty and recruitment opportunities with particular focus on consumer path tracking

·         Monthly monitoring and analysis of CRM KPIs with qualitative summary and suggestions for ongoing improvements

·         Collaborate with product and trade team to support their respective recruitment & loyalty KPIs

·         Working closely with agency to effectively handle customer inquiries with objectives to maximize customer satisfaction


Who we're looking for: 

·         Bachelor degree in related discipline

·         6+ years of working experience in digital and/or CRM, preferably from beauty or retail industries

·         Up to date with digital and social trends

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Self-starter, motivated and passionate

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience in managing a small team is advantageous

·         Fluent in English and Chinese
