The role

  • Create and manage brand and retailer social media content calendar and channels, monthly social media campaigns Bloggers/vloggers, makeup artists, influencers with smaller audiences
  • Manage an always-on social media strategy for the brand
  • Create and manage an advocate programme for the brand
  • Manage the creation of all social media brand content  for all channels in partnership with the DECM and marketing teams (and DMI)
  • Oversee and action all social media community management
  • Manage all paid social media activity in collaboration with marketing teams and Multichannel Manager
  • Support the DEC Manager with all blogger/vlogger events and activity to the defined influencer audience (above)
  • Identify emerging digital talent (in collaboration with the rest of the team) to constantly broaden audiences
  • Monitor what is being said about brand across social media channels and act spontaneously to capitalise on conversation/trends etc
  • Act as single point of contact for CAD to manage any customer care issues
  • In conjunction with eNAM, build relationships with retailer social media (RSM) teams to develop and implement a strategy for the brand on their platforms
  • Seek out interesting opportunities for brand to work with RSM teams and create events
  • Conduct regional tours to meet key retailer teams based outside London
  • Nurture relationships with regional bloggers
  • Reporting to the Digital Engagement and Communications Manager/Director

Who we are looking for

Alongside experience in a similar role, you should be confident demonstrating all of the following:

Experience in a fast paced environment

Able to prioritise
