We have a suitable opportunity in the function of Human Resources for the position of Digital HR expert. You will be part of Talent Acquisition COE and will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing and communications of the of employee value proposition to prospective candidates and internal employees. This includes partnering with the Local HR TA team, Division business HR partner, IT , Corporate Communications  and global team to define and execute the HR narrative, digital strategy of all online and offline channels.

You will also support the recruitment for key positions need basis and will drive the process from end to end delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You should have 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing with focus on employer branding,  recruitment marketing and exposure to recruitment. The location of the job will be in Mumbai.

Key Deliverables

  • with innovative strategies online and on-ground to attract students and experienced candidates
  • You will drive recruitment marketing process  by partnering with TA leads using tools, social media and best in class candidate experience
  • Gatekeeper for all HR communications, including strategies and tactics that effectively drive talent attraction, engagement, development, reward and retention
  • Direct or evolve engagement with a diverse set of communication channels and forums, including the company intranet, internal social strategy, functional news, meetings/events and feedback
  • Build and launch a sustainable employee advocacy program
  • Collaborate productively with other departments and HR business partners to deliver consistent, aligned and impactful communications
  • You will build relevant HR dashboards / MIS to track effectiveness of initiatives

·         Review the end to end candidate/ employee lifecycle to identify the key touchpoints (moments that matter) and effectively leverage digital mediums to design an outstanding experience

  • Develop and execute search strategy
  • You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR from all divisions / brands  to understand hiring needs and develop cohesive search strategies for open and upcoming positions on need basis
  • You will develop and maintain deep and specific network of talent pipeline, both active and passive, through referrals, sourcing, networking and cold calling
  • You will ensure consistent communication to hiring teams regarding candidates and search status
  • You will act as a resource to the Hiring Managers and Divisional HR partners by providing industry insights regarding the candidate experience, talent trends, competition, etc.
  • You will develop in-depth understanding of L’Oreal Competencies and use them to identify, interview and recommend the best talent

·         You will grow and maintain L’Oreal India talent pipeline through sourcing activity and networking while ensuring data quality and integrity through utilization of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Strong project management skills, and the ability to execute programs and events with speed, accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong affinity to digital mediums, content creation and management
  • High on experimentation with new social media, digital content formats
  • Outstanding influencing and interpersonal skills and a track record of working effectively and forming peer-level relationships with senior members of an organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, strong listening skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite etc
  • An uncompromising commitment to quality – detail oriented but able to see the big picture
  • Flexibility to travel, attend events as required and to work, if needed, outside of standard office hours
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications

  • External Interactions – Vendors and Agencies

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):

  • MBA / Masters (2015/2016/2017) with specialization in  Communications, Journalism or Public Relations
