ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for managing social media for L’Oréal UKI working across the 35 brands within the L’Oréal portfolio, ensuring that L’Oréal maintains and grows its reputation as an employer of choice in the UK and Ireland. You will also take on project responsibilities in the following areas;

 

·      Content creation; liaising with key stakeholders to provide content to be used in email marketing, on the official L’Oreal Site and on social media platforms

·      Search Engine Marketing; managing and reporting on Paid and Organic search performance

·      Managing social media presence; sharing and interpreting results

·      Working with the PR and Corporate communications team to cover all exciting opportunities within head office

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES COULD INCLUDE:

 

Social Media

  • Manage Social media campaigns, moderation and social listening
  • Social analytics and reporting
  • Competitor analysis and trend reporting
  • Responsible for corporate Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts

 

Website Maintenance

  • Working with our international team to ensure our website is up to date and reflective of the UK market

 

Media

  • Work with media agency to support the delivery of marketing digital campaigns, including supplying of assets, links and reporting

 

Reporting

·      Regularly generate, analyse, interpret and communicate traffic against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·      Competitor benchmark analysis and monitoring competitor campaigns

·      Research and create best practice presentations on new digital initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

·         Creative, with an eye for web site design & usability

·         Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, focus on achieving objectives, adjust priorities, manage time and follow up on actions

·         Show a keen interest in Social Media and Mobile technologies e.g. iPhone/ Android apps & mobile-optimised websites

·         A media/digital enthusiast who currently has their own active social profile on multiple platforms as well as a demonstrable interest in social media new and developments.
