Key Job Accountabilities 

  • Plan, develop, design and manage social interactions across the brand's digital channels to increase brand exposure and strengthen brand image
  • In collaboration with Product Marketing, assist with the creation and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on customer social media analytical data
  • Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices educating internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce social media listening and engagement reports
  • Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance 
  • Keep track and analyze social community trending (pre and post) promotional launches 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experienced in Online Community Management, preferably with digital agency background
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms including usage, demographics and marketing opportunities
  • Working knowledge of social media KPIs
