Key job accountability

Support Brand definition, consumer segmentation and brand territories definition 
Define content strategy and touch points prioritization 
Provide content guidelines for the countries 
Design a best in class and UX optimized master website 
Strategize and optimize Digital launchpack and the Digital elements of IMC strategy 
Define the loyalty program strategy 
Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement 
Set guidelines and benchmarks on media investments 
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, digital and media partners 
Oversee the development of CRM strategy and data management, enabling a strategic shift from product to customer centricity 
Oversee a strategic approach to the use of social media 
Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction with digital IT and inspire the brand with those possibilities 
Co-ordinate and support local country teams and manage pilot countries and projects 
Lead digital transformation across the organization, defining and implementing digital structures at international level and develop the digital expertise within the business 
Design and develop e-commerce strategy and roll out, across platform management, organic search capabilities
Expand the e-commerce by defining strategies and supporting services development.


        BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business Management. Master preferred, not required.

        8+ years relevant digital marketing industry experience

        Strong and proven interactive track record/performance

        Experience and passion for the beauty industry a plus

        Expert level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


·       Candidate must have a proven track record in digital project management

·       Must have experience with Google Analytics and reporting. Must have extensive experience with navigating standard reports, building custom reports and dashboards.
Experience with tagging (GTM or other tag container) also a plus

·       Must have experience in digital content creative development

·       Must have hands-on experience with Social Media advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram required) – Audience Insights, campaign planning, analysis and optimization, custom audiences

·       Strong knowledge of current digital media trends and e-Commerce trends, strategies, and techniques.

·       Experience managing digital budgets and understanding of financial norms.

·       Ability to identify, scope and implement digital media campaigns while meeting ROI goals. Proficiency in digital media KPIs, tracking and online analytics a must. Experience in both digital creative development and digital marketing across multiple channels and platforms a plus

·       Strong presentation skills, Able to clearly communicate digital media concepts to an audience with a wide variation in digital experience.

·       Ability to partner with internal and external groups to execute campaigns and produce results in all areas of responsibility.
