Mission: Being the key lead in driving Digital & Consumer Experience (CRM) transformation projects


What you’ll be doing:

  • Be a business partner and project manager to the brands by managing the evolution of Consumer Experience (CRM & Digital) projects; defining project and user requirements, consulting business units with developments and troubleshooting

  • Follow the development life cycle for new development and exiting modifications by defining scope, documenting solution, evaluating impacts and assessing risk of developments

  • Take part in optimizing CRM programs and initiatives

  • Lead continued growth of data capabilities and continually look to improve data strategy to support business goals and KPIs

  • Provide project direction and matrix leadership to project team members and other supporting groups such as IT, vendors to ensure progress and accomplish objectives

  • Act as liaison between Business/Brands end-users and IT function while maintaining knowledge base and communicating the analysis, design, configuration of system changes and upgrades

  • Ensures projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to division overall standards and operations objectives and project requirements

  • Clarifies and simplifies technical concepts/ solutions to facilitate action and decision making with the business stakeholders



Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, business or related discipline

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in digital / CRM transformation process management

  • Strong track record in analyzing, defining business requirements as well as project management

  • Good understanding of retail industries

  • Knowledge of CRM and Retail systems (i.e, Salesforce, Siebel, MARS)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to work in matrix environment
