We have a suitable opportunity for the position of Digital Manager. In this individual contributor role, you will design an editorial calendar for engaging digital content, monitor digital performance and consumer engagement and build a strong partnership with digital technology to improve services.

You should have minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in brand and digital marketing. The location of the job will be in Mumbai. 

Key Deliverables

  • You will ensure a consistent and successful brand presence for the brand across the world wide web
  • You will manage the brand's digital assets like website, mobile site, social networks and ensure that it is always up to date with the latest information and customer engagement programs
  • You will manage social media effectively as an engagement platform and as a brand information platform
  • You will work closely with the brand and media teams to create annual objectives and plans for the brand and to successfully implement a digital strategy to meet the annual goal
  • You will work closely with the marketing teams to deliver winning digital support for campaigns by L’Oreal Paris
  • You will work with the e-commerce team to drive success of L’Oreal Paris on e-commerce

Key success factors:

  • Communication planning and evaluation skills, creating customized communication plans for different platforms by collaborating with different agencies
  • Intermediate knowledge of digital analytics and metrics: Google Analytics (basic) and social listening
  • Intermediate knowledge of digital media principles: how to brief for a media plan, evaluating media plan, setting campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), evaluating media effectiveness
  • Managing specialized agencies for digital asset management specifically on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), web analytics
  • Creating digital media briefs for both creative and media agencies

  • Internal Interactions – Marketing, Commercial, Digital, DMI, Ecommerce teams
  • External Interactions – Creative and Media agencies
