The successful candidate will report to the Brand General Manager, and responsible for developing and implementing the digital strategy for the brands / (division).


Key Job Accountabilities

·         Define digital vision and develop strategies for the brands / (division).

o    Plan budget

o    Define resource needs and digital strategy

o    Share the vision & strategy to the brand & marketing teams and support their implementation

o    Coordinate with division and corporate media director to support integrated marketing communication

·         Leverage defined Key-Performance-Indicators to track campaign results with both internal and external parties and bring learnings to the team

o    Work closely with brands to develop standard reporting; conduct analysis and draw learnings

·         Manage relationship with agencies and external parties, quality of work, and deliverables

o    Work closely with marketing and brand communication teams

o    Align scope and working process of our digital agency (in relationship with our media and creative agencies, and any external vendors of eDM and SMS, and social media, etc.)

·         Benchmark and follow up competitors digital initiatives

·         Assure brand online reputation in coordination with local communication teams

·         Lead internal digital community and enhance digital knowledge of teams with division


Desired skills & qualifications

  • Digital savvy with at least 7 years working experience in Digital, experience working in digital media company is an advantage;
  • Mastery of Integrated Digital Communication (IMC) planning
  • Social media and Mobile expertise
  • Knowledge on brand equity and understanding of the brands’ consumer profiles (in particular their digital behavior)
  • Mastery of the competition, market trends in beauty industry
