 L’Oreal USA is seeking a CRM/Social Media Director to join the Designer Fragrances team. The ideal candidate will have a background developing digital, social and CRM campaigns. This person must have a deep knowledge and passion for the digital landscape and must be a self-starter and multi-tasker.

  Job Summary

 The CRM/Social Media Director for Designer Fragrance Marketing will blend brand marketing with direct marketing principles to deliver enhanced solutions and/or new recommendations to build the customer experience with line-of-site toward quantifying and improving ROI. 

Manager will spearhead the design and implementation of the brand’s social media offerings. By embracing the Designer Fragrance spirit for revolutionizing ideas and products, he/she will create vanguard campaigns that will inspire and engage our customer audiences while accelerating brand awareness for new and existing customers.

Manager will nurture existing lines of business with the key digital industry platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) while uncovering new channels and customers while developing the overall social brand strategy. Designer Fragrance Marketing is looking for a passionate, creative, innovative customer-driven content creator. As Social Media Manager, you will breathe life into our luxurious product portfolio and will write the next chapter for Designer Fragrance Marketing. 


Responsibilities
 

  • Plan all paid social strategy and wider digital programming across the 7 L’Oreal USA designer fragrance brands
  • Be key point of contact for agency partners on all digital/programmatic planning and project management in regards to briefing, link tagging process, media and audience targeting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally between marketing, digital, e-commerce, retailer, and integrated communications teams, as well as global counterparts, to align on strategy
  • Manage email newsletter strategy and execution
  • Manage loyalty program to increase database and advocacy
  • Contribute with creative ideas on how to leverage social media to help achieve business and communications objectives
  • Lead strategic partnerships in the digital space from identification of relevant partners to execution of programs
  • Manage budgets
  • Maintain timelines across stakeholders for all campaigns

 Requirements
 

  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of fragrance industry, competitor landscape and emerging technologies
  • Familiarity with graphic design, color theory and typography a plus
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who is action-oriented with a positive “can do” attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with all departments
