Provide quality service to L’Oreal's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Loreal Values at all times

 

Achievement of assigned sales, distribution, and merchandising by maximising sales activity on Loreal products in assigned distributor.

 

Responsible for Ensuring effective Sales Force management in assigned Distributor:

a. Lead, direct and motivate the sales force in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives

b. Supervise Sales Force and assist Sales Force questions, concerns and product/service questions

c. Monitors calls and Productivity, provide feedback to sales force

d. Information deployment of policy, promotion and activities througout Loreal team member within his coverage.

 

Responsible for in market excellent execution activities:

a. Focus on development, maintenance, and re-build relationship with key customers and key Player at assigned Distributor.

b. Perform product knowledge training to ensure qualified sales force in action, as needed

c. Regularly evaluate execution compliances (Sales Routine, In Store Presence, and Performance Standard)

 

Team Coaching.

 

Assist Sales Manager on assigned Project.
