About the Job

  • Visit new and existing Matrix salons working with stylists of varying experience levels to educate on the Matrix brand, including; colour, hair care, styling and texture products
  • Matrix group education and one-on-one training with existing and new clients in the Northern and Western Sydney regions with the requirement for travel 4-5 nights away per month to north coast areas and Tamworth
  • Facilitate and lead formal seminars
  • Manage salon education including product demonstrations through to the installation, product knowledge on all brands

About You

  • A dynamic professional with a passion for hairdressing.
  • You will be a qualified (Cert III in Hairdressing) and experienced hairdresser who has possibly owned or managed a salon.
  • A working knowledge of technical hair products is an essential requirement for this role.
  • Previous experience in a similar training role and working knowledge of the Matrix brand will also be highly regarded.
