Reporting to the sales director of the Consumer Product Division, this position will be responsible to:
-  analyze the current situation of the company which has in the last few years transitioned from single distributor to multi distributor format 
- assess distribution strategy of 3 offline channels, with main focus on GT
- create Route to Market strategy for the next 5 years for deeper distribution penetration
- evaluate sales manpower under distributor, including incentive scheme of salesman under partner distributors
- optimize wholesalers to reach deep trade
- evaluate trading terms & conditions scheme of wholesalers
- optimize gross to net sales

- posses min. bachelor degree, any field acceptable
- min 10 years of working experience with exposure mainly in General Trade but exposure in Modern Trade and other sales functions are advantageous 
- works well under pressure, with sales target
- strong leadership
- highly decisive in making tough decisions
- deals well with highly complex situation
- superb analytical and problem solving skills
