Job Scope:

  • Organize and commit to the retro country planning for trend/pre-budget/budget
  • Collaborate with Finance for cost simulation and work with HR & divisions to make reasonable headcount planning
  • Bridge data analysis for both functions ie. from HR and from Finance
  • Proactively alert country HR/CFO/GM and Zone HR if there is big change in headcount planning or cost in assumptions, and provide analysis
  • Follow up the HR controlling objectives regards to headcounts and Personnel Cost

Requirements:

  • Minimum poses a Bachelor's degree, Finance & Accounting Majors preferred but open to any
  • Having a minimum of  3-5 years’ experience in similar role (HR Payroll & Finance related)
  • Strong attention to details & analytical ability
  • Ability to communicate & interact effectively A strong working knowledge of experience design and creative process
  • Strong follow up and takes initiative
  • Has experience/ highly familiar with using SAP
  • Proficient in MS office particularly Excel
