Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on 3 year launch plan for the skincare category
  • Conduct extensive market research of the US market to decode consumer insights; identify trends and propose strategies
  • Write innovation concepts with a new/better/different mindset
  • Liaison with the international brand team in Paris to ensure alignment and optimization of global projects
  •  become an expert on consumer and product  trends for the category
  • Promote a creative climate that allows teams to express ideas
  • Influence other departments to meet brand development goals
  • Collaborate with Creative to create packaging and launch materials including merchandising and sampling

Job Requirements:


  • BA degree required; MBA desired
  • 5+ years of Industry related marketing work experience (consumer package goods or beauty)
  • Experience working collaboratively with R&D on a new product or renovation
  • Experience successfully launching and managing a new product or renovation through its entire life cycle
  • Prior experience in Operational or Global Marketing
  • Experience managing challenging projects that may not have been successful
  • Experience or exposure to international market

  • Brand  Vision: create project plan according to panier portfolio and competitive gaps; in-depth knowledge of brand equity and  the skincare market

·         Product Development: concept writing, formula briefing and evaluation, packaging development timeline and budget management 

  • Market Research: ability to brief research, read and interpret research data
  • Leadership: Demonstration of leadership with team; support departments and customers
