Our Payroll Manager manages all activities and processes involved in a personnel payroll for several countries (Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, BiH).

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and supervise pay completion via payroll agencies and verification processes, determine payment schedules while taking responsibility for compliance.

  • Update monthly bonus provisions file and organize intra-country rebilling pay costs
    Verify and validate pay declarations and validate instructions for transfers relating to pay.

  • Draft and update the procedures and checks associated with matters of administrative management and pay.

  • Respond to mandatory inquiries and to internal and external checks and audits.

  • Analyze data and consolidate the total payroll cost to accounting, report to financial departments.

  • Advise on matters relating to pay and administration.

  • Provide employees with personalized advice on topics linked to personnel administration.

  • Align internal practices with local labor laws, upgrade tools with payroll agencies, and guarantee full confidentiality of personal data. 


An ideal candidate would be:


  • Mature and autonomous person with minimum 5 years of similar experience in HR

  • University degree

  • Perfect organization, coordination and time management skills

  • Positive, solution oriented person who can constructively challenge procedures

  • Adaptable and flexible person that is willing to make positive changes

  • Able to analyze figures, check payroll compliance and variations, monitor payroll KPIs

  • Budget management skills

  • At ease with labour legislation, payroll calculation, able to draft policies and mobilise teams for implementation

  • Attentive to details, able to provide excellence in administrative follow, reliable reporting, and clear analysis

  • Shows emphasis on proactivity and being independent in his/her work, is able to present ideas

  • PC literate

  • Native Serbian speaker, fluent in English
