We have a suitable opportunity in the Corporate division for the position of Consumer Advisory Executive. In this Consumer Advisory role, you will be handling consumer complaints, answering live calls / e-mails / SMS / other medium. Appropriate updates in the existing CRM systems & other format. Liaise with Marketing, HO and Regional Sales, Training team and Factory. Data Analysis.  

You should have At least 2 -4 years in a call centre experience preferably in FMCG. The location of the job will be in HO - Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

·         Consumer Satisfaction with healthy TATS

·         Participating in all team projects

·         Admin tasks when assigned

Key Deliverables:

  • Complaint handling 
  • Answering live calls / e-mails / SMS / other medium
  • Appropriate updates in the existing CRM systems and other formats
  • Liaise with Marketing , HO and Regional Sales , Training team and Factory  
  • Data analysis

Key Competencies:

Excellent Communication Skills – Written & Verbal, Soft Spoken, Patient & Alert. With expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

Consumers. Marketing, Sales, Dermo-consultant, Regulatory, Training, Courier, Accounts, Factory, Admin
