  • 12 months fixed term full-time opportunity at our Melbourne Head office to commence March 2019
  • Must have full time working rights for 12 months


  • Prepare, analyse and report monthly actual and forecast results and KPIs to various stakeholders within the global Group using excel, SAP and internal Group reporting tools

  • Work closely with various business units, functions and brands to ensure compliance with the Group's procedures and policies and accuracy of information reported to Group

  • Drafting monthly balance sheet reconciliation and journals and working with other stakeholders within the business to clear old balances

  • Review and approve purchase orders, expenses and customer allowance claims for compliance with L’Oreal policies

  • Active participation in projects related to improving processes and business results

  • Assisting with ad hoc projects and simulations 


We are looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial and innovative recent graduate. You will have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. We will expect you to be able to hit the ground running and work well in a fast and dynamic team environment, so you will ideally have some work or internship experience. Previous experience in SAP is preferred but not essential.

You will hold a degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting with excellent academic results.
